Participants & observation scope
The public journey uses four synthetic local signers, unit weights and quorum 3. Returned events and public artifacts come from native C3 calls. Animation is a reading aid. Retained-witness reload is distinct from process-crash and multi-host recovery; fixture DA digests do not execute availability services.
